Crottin Goat Cheese— Ash covered and mold ripened, a traditional French style semisoft cheese. Comes in a handmade small round. Mild goat flavor with a hint of pasture and blue cheese. Great on a cheese plate.

Hawai’i Island Goat Dairy is one of the original Big Island farmstead goat dairies and has been in business for decades. It is located on a retired macadamia nut orchard. What makes their cheese so unique? It is the land – or ‘āina – of Hawai‘i that shapes their products. The goats range on the wild grasses, bamboo, ti, and banana leaves that thrive on the Hamakua Coast, their goats are happy and healthy. The result? Hawaii Island Goat Dairy’s cheese is sweet, fresh, minimally processed with no additives or hormones.
Hawaii Island Goat Dairy’s does are milked on a state-of-the-art pipeline milking system, and the milk is immediately transferred to a refrigerated bulk tank. Every morning, they pasteurize the chilled milk from the day before and make cheese.

Pick up is also available in town at Tabaraka Lebanese Restaurant on Ululani Street - if you would like to pick up your box here, please send us an email admin@hawaii-eco.com or call to arrange that- you can also add the request into the notes of the order.
Instructions for picking up:
1) Please follow the signs that are labeled with “an arrow and our OK/ECO logos”
2) Drive up Amauulu road and pass through the gates that will be open
* BEFORE LEAVING THE GATE, YOU HAVE AN OPTION TO PULL OVER AND TURN ON OUR FIRST AUDIO TOUR WHILE YOU DRIVE UP THE ROAD- THE LINK FOR THIS AUDIO TOUR IS ON OUR WEBSITE AND IN YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL
3) Once you get to the stop sign (a couple minutes later), take a left
4) You will see a wooden sign that says OK Farms and the soccer field to the right, take a right turn into the driveway- you will see the large green warehouse in front of you to the left
5) Follow the signs pointing to CSA pickup area, pull up, park and your farm representative will load your farm box or item into your vehicle. You also have an option to park and access the gift shop prior to picking up your box.
6) Once you receive your farm box or item from the store, you can either leave the way you entered or choose the “Scenic Loop Around”
